BANQUET ROOM RENTAL
Anyone can rent our Banquet Room. $150 Members, $250 Non-Members. $100 Cleaning Deposit. Contract Required. If a Bartender is requested, it’s an additional $50 fee. For Rental Details Email Rentals@hastingselks.com. Cleanup is the responsibility of the person renting, including removing all tape & decorations, vacuuming trash. Members renting our Banquet Room must remain present for the entire rental.

Kids ChristmasAnnual Angel Tree Kid's Christmas

The Hastings Elks adopts local children who are in need for the Holidays. We put up an Angel Tree where our members shopp to meet the majority of their needs/wants. We shop for the unfulfilled items.

The families come in, Santa visits, we provide lunch, and they take turns opening their gifts. We provide the families as a whole with all of the fixings for Christmas dinner.

Monetary donations will be accepted from the Public to help with cost for these families.
